Lime zested clouds, cactus blooms, naughty nectarine queen, playing hookie, psychic migrations, tea party with a nautilus, lemon lupin lollipop, Amalfi coast sea salt
Harvested in September and October of 2024. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in 47% neutral barrels, 32% amphora by Artenova and Manetti, 11% new acacia by Atelier, and 10% new French oak by Atelier for 4 months.
