Timer is on, lightning lemon shooter, disco acid trip, kumquat campout, tropical salt flats, spiced nettle, “who is she?”, perfumes and pleasantries
Harvested September 3rd & October 8th 2024. Fermented with native yeasts in two amphorae, Gloria by Tava and Dave by Artenova for five months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
