Campari in a new Ferrari, hibiscus hideout, tangled up in strawberries, gold dipped violets, candied cherry coma, Icarus berry boy, heart of the ocean
Harvested October 12th, 2023. Fermented with native yeasts and aged 57% in "Nakagawa" amphora by Artenova, 32% new French oak by Atelier, and 11% neutral barrels for 16 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
