2024 Arclight Rosé [steel]
Sangiovese fermented in concrete, aged in steel
Pink tie event, Gone with the Tamarind, cotton candy cash out, watermelon pom poms, topless tanning on Mars, strawberry cream and dreams
Harvested October 31st, 2024. Fermented with native yeasts in "Igor", the concrete prism and aged in a stainless steel barrel for 4 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
