Dani California if she was a sauvignon blanc, pineapple pearls, nectarini bikini in Santorini, tropical nap, tastes like I'm not going to work tomorrow
Harvested October 1st, 2024, fermented with native yeast in a concrete tulip, aged in 37% new French oak cigares and 26% new Acacia by Atelier, 37% neutral barrels for 7 months, final 2 months of aging in amphora by Tava, bottled unfined and unfiltered
